Selection Process :

• All require details are provided as per template provided by us
• Our team will review and shortlist applications
• Evaluation visit and discussions
• Approval by pour team and board

Evaluation & Review :

• Strict time-lines set before starting project
• Project will be reviewed on quarterly and half-yearly basis
• Our team will visit each project on quarterly and half-yearly basis to evaluate progress
• Partner are required to submit detail quarterly, half-yearly and yearly reports
• Annual evaluation, budget and plans for the next grant period are initiated by our team
• External audit is mandatory for each project
• Internal audits are done by professional to assess and submit final report
